Inert Gas System 300 (IGS-300)

Gaseous Clean Agent Fire Suppression System

IGS-300 systems are designed to protect valuable or sensitive assets. The System utilizes Inergen® (IG-541), IG-55 or IG-100 agent, which are all naturally occuring Inert gases. The system suppresses the fire by lowering the oxygen concentration below the level that supports combustion, while maintaining an environment that will allow a person to breathe. The IGS-300 design provides enhanced regulated agent discharge minimizing both pipe diameters within the distribution network and overpressure vent area when compared to conventional Orifice Inert Gas systems and iFLOW systems. In addition, IGS-300 offer selector valve functionality actuated via a pilot container or manifold pressure, allowing single container bank protection to multiple enclosures. IGS-300 is UL Listed, FM Approved and VdS system approved and hold CE component and PESO component approvals.

    When flexibility and efficiency are priorities, the Inert Gas System 300 delivers both. Utilizing naturally occurring inert gas agents, it suppresses fires by reducing oxygen levels while maintaining a breathable environment. Its advanced regulated discharge design helps simplify system design and installation.

    • Suited for suppressing fire hazards where an electrically non-conductive inert gas is essential or required and where hazard is normally occupied.
    • UL Listed, FM Approved, VdS Approved, CE Component Approved, PESO Component Approved
    • Matrix bracket technology for design flexibility of container footprint
    • Can be designed in accordance with NFPA 2001, EN 15004 & ISO 14520
    • Master container actuation feature can operate up to 84 subordinate containers – no pilot container required
    • Integrates acoustic nozzle technology, which attenuates sound when discharged to protect sound-sensitive equipment
